Remembrance Day or Armistice Day, service is being held at St Marks Cathedral Lawns, MG Road, Bengaluru, as Senior Serving and Retired Officers of the Army, Navy and Air Force pay homage to the World war heroes, by offering special prayer service with the members of the congregation, in their ceremonial attire, as Remembrance Day is observed world over on 11th Nov at 11am to recall the end of World War One, as that hour the PEACE Treaty was signed to end war and the guns fell silent, and the day was dedicated to the members of armed forces who were killed during the wars at the cenotaph at St Marks Cathedral church, in Bengaluru on Sunday 9th November 2014
