Members of Karnataka state sugarcane growers association took a rally as part of their protest demanding the state government to ensure payment of dues to growers by sugar factories to pay the state advisory price of Rs 2,500 for a ton of sugar cane and to clear their dues at the earliest, the farmers were seen squatting in the middle of Khoday Circle near City Railway station, in Bangalore on 20th of June 2014
